Guess Who's Coming To Lunch?

Lots of activity on the bird feeder this lunchtime. I got a good shot and view of this visitor but have no idea what species s/he is, despite the distinctive markings. Google hasn't given me any clues either, so I would be very pleased if anyone can enlighten me!
