Sickened to read about a mugging in the middle of the day of a vulnerable woman in London who's skull was fractured and arm broke in several places such was the voracity of the attack.People didn't help her but filmed it on their phones and put it on social media.Unbelievable.I believe that people in Liverpool would not stand by and let such a thing happen.
