How to turn around the day
Work was bleh so I fixed it with some excellent post-work activities:
1. Run around the lakes with the beautiful clouds, sun, mountains, water and autumn leaves.
2. Cool down walk with the camera.
3. Awesomely tough workout at the gym.
4. De-stress baking of pumpkin strudel coffee cake.
Much better!
