Giant hogweed

Couldn't decide between this one and the extra of the (almost) frozen pond.
We're having a prayer weekend at church and I was up there fairly early for a while but had time before lunch to have a short walk. I went to places I've never been before which can now be accessed as the local riding stable's horses have made rough routes.
The birds didn't have much space on the pond (and the bigger one is completely frozen) so they were gathered together. My walk then took me above the houses with a great view across Dundee - must return when the sun is in a better direction - and then to the stables, passing the hogweed en route.
This afternoon I did some felting and then returned to church for a while
