Crispy

Today has been a gorgeous crispy day. We went shopping this morning and then Mary and I cleaned the church in Stobo. There is a picture of the snowy graveyard in the extras. Mary bought Tom Kerridge’s healthy eating book a couple of weeks ago and we have been enjoying trying out the recipes. Tonight we had Mediterranean Puff Pastry Tart - it was very good
