Rice Seed Company’s headquarters was established in the village of Cambridge, NY in 1879. Its warehouse and accompanying office building, completed in 1895, are at 15 West Main. Founder Jerome Rice’s home is across the street at 16 West Main.
Busy day again. We took a few minutes to check out the new arrivals at one of my favorite antique shops. Loved this Rice Seed display. It got me in the mood to start my own seeds for this coming growing season. The warmer temperature and sunshine also helped. It is supposed to be a warm weekend for us and I hope to do a little yard and garden clean up. Hope you enjoy your weekend too!
