Laughter - The Best Medicine

After what could have been a stressful day had I let it I went to the Channel 4 pitch to watch Joshua play rugby for his school, thoroughly enjoyable.
I returned home to babysit the Mini 'T's during Brownies for C&C. Whilst preparing dinner for S &J I thought I heard an adults voice in the lounge, I went in to look, no adult, intrigued I asked, "who said Lily was annoying", in unison Ali and Joshua owned up with Red I believe trying to agree as well.
Because of the adult voice I asked Ali what he actually said, "Lily, I didn't think you could ever be more annoying but each day you surprise me", and from one so young. I busied myself in the kitchen so they couldn't see me laughing. Lily has been consoled with a biscuit and Joshua reminded of the rules for guests.
