Sickly Sam

The photograph today wasn't taken during our holiday this year but is one of my favourite photographs of her.
Sam complained of feeling unwell last night and this morning was not well at all.
The doctor prescribed lots of pills, lots of rest and no school but Sam is beyond caring, tucked up in bed, sleeping and hopefully recovering.

The running is going well, I missed yesterday but made up for it today. I'm trying to average four miles a day but probably went too far today.
