Manflu !?!!?!

Man Flu should not be self diagnosed.

If you are acting more pathetic than warrants with a cold or whatever, then you deserve all the accusations you get in that vane but first and foremost, you should not proclaim that you yourself have the onset or otherwise of manflu. It's a disappointing turn of events in pop culture that men do proclaim their own ailments in such a way.
