Abstract Thursday: Getting to the point

Inge's challenge for this week's Abstract Thursday was for us to take a mystery abstract shot.  I suspect that this is probably not that hard for anyone, but I really enjoyed the extreme depth of field employed here.

Last night's storm does not have seen to have done too much damage to the house and garden this time.  The new fence panels erected following the last storm's damage have all survived, so that is good news.  

Frustratingly, yesterday was the day that the Council collect the recycling and, unfortunately various plastic boxes that the Council supply for the different sorts of recycling have blown away in the night.  Hopefully they will all find their way home over the course of the weekend.

... and the answer is a ball point pen, which Incredibish certainly guessed and I suspect from his cryptic comment that Martin Dawe may also have spotted that.
