Brighter Days ....

... ahead maybe but today was dull and wet from dawn to dusk.

Jamie collected his new wheelchair from Re-enablement Services this morning.  It's his first made-to-measure chair and he's well chuffed.  Compact, light weight, fast! spins on the spot and importantly with a more comfortable seating  position.  All good so far.  We went straight to the grandparents to show it off as Jacinta was otherwise engaged this morning.  

Jacinta heard from the temping pool she is part of and some work may be in the offing which is happy news as I may soon have to finally relinquish my job which has been held in abeyance since I took on the role of full time carer last summer.  

Whisper it quietly ..... things might be looking up ..... shhhhh
