Unsettled weather....

.....the weather bomb has continued to lash and stir things up. Landslips on the road and fallen trees, wind still battling the coast while the sea roars and rivers flow by with fury, this was what greeted us on arriving in my home town of Whakatane, a real wintry sight!

Clouds were thick as they rolled on through, sometimes slight pockets of light sneaked through but mostly it was misty, wet and very moody. Quite liked this driftwood shot with the township in the distance.
