Another day, another beach.

We met our friend’s sister’s family in Tuncurry for an adventure on the beach this morning. We had bought permits to drive on the beach and look for a good spot for some surf fishing. It was blowing a gale and the sea was really rough so surf fishing plans were abandoned. We stopped for a bit so the kids could have a surf and the dogs could burn off some energy. (See extra). We drove off the beach to have our picnic lunch in a sheltered area then returned home via the beach. We had a restful afternoon at home then tucked into an amazing seafood dinner of Tasmanian Smoked salmon , prawns and oysters.
