Wake up feeling terrible ... hot and cold shivers and a blocked nose and headache. Struggle to get out of bed but I have to get to my doctors appointment for my bad back! Jules takes me there and then to work so I can let them know I'm going back to bed. Read a script and then head straight back to bed and sleep for most of the day. I never take time off work ill! Jules heads home leaving Mac to look after me!
