Happy Customer!

Well today was supposed to be a quiet drive in the Cobra in the sunshine, drop in at the camera shop and take some nice pictures on the way home - hopefully of trees because that's this week's challenge!

But instead we ended up rushing around completely stressed. Yesterday Jules got up at 5.30am to go queue up for a new iphone 4s. Today his £600 new phone fell out of the car on to the road and under the wheels of probably several passing cars. We found it by using the Find my iphone App. It was still working, but the the glass was completely smashed and the insides all exposed. Mad dash to the Apple store in Solihull - it was like rushing an injured person to a hospital! The shop was heaving, Jules was in complete shock and very distressed and at one point we had 5 blue clad staff gathered around giving sympathy. The long and short of it is they managed to find another phone from somewhere and just swapped it for his broken one. He was so relieved he cried and hugged them all! Now that's customer service and that's how you build a brand!

We went to Wagamamma's for dinner to celebrate ... and now it's time for a much needed drink!
