A Bridge Not too Far

Lovely day, run for Mr P, hairdressers for me.
Over to see family for a cuppa and to sort out the bill for this year’s site rent for the caravan at Abersoch.
Mid afternoon we went to the complex at Kirkstall to see The Darkest Hour, surely Gary Oldman is a strong contender for the Oscar this year?
Arrived early and as it was a bit of a grey and dull day l had no blip so l nipped to the back of the car park to get a quick shot of the bridge that goes over to the Industrial Museum at Armley.
Liked the juxtaposition of old and new.
Have made it mono as it was nearly monotone due to the weather.
Home now and settling in for a cosy night, having semi homemade food (some short cuts , thanks to Waitrose ) good music then watching Hard Sun as we enjoyed ( if that’s the right word, l watched some of it through peeped fingers ) the first episode last week.
