Morning colours -6c

Lovely bright morning.
Driving around as I tried to buy an ortose for my left knee. Did meet a ortose technican, but he would not sell me anything. Instead he sent me to another place, to a specialist firm called Lymedin, which sows and sells pressure clothes.

Maybe I contact them.. later.
To find an easier feeling for the knee again.
A blip on my way back. Sun was rising. Lovely colours and frosty trees and branches.

Anyway my human test has been succesful. Knees in much better shape now, after two months training 2-4 times per week.

Had a little walk in beautiful city with hubby afterworks. One shot in the extra. Hubby has had a slight diarrhea after he came home from Germany, but today was a good day already. Our daughter seemed to have a light version of the virus now. Nice :/

The week has been ultimately busy. Nice to have a couple of days off now.
