I was back this afternoon stomping over the saturated field to see if the penduline tit was around. A solitary male who must be lonely; well he would be if it wasn't for the twitchers lined up with lenses. 

Incredibly well camouflaged and quite hard to spot as he is tiny as seen in my Extra. Great to spot amongst all the Greater Reedmace on the pond and fascinating in that he was carefully but busily looking under the layers on the plant stems for insects.
