Coming on apace . . .

On his days off Mike's been working away at these shelves, and the end is in sight.  Being an old house, nothing is straight or square, so that has been a bit challenging.  Now all the measuring and sawing and putting it all together has been done, and he's putting in the plugs he's made to cover the screw holes.  There are still edging strips to be added and a few coats of paint, but it's already looking great.  It's going to be wonderful to have a room where we can see where things are and have them organised and to hand.  And space to make things too!

And no, I am not hiring him out!!  I may have a few more projects for him!
