Ruby anniversary

But not of a wedding, instead the first day of Pitfour School, which opened on the 9th January 1978. My children attended this school, and now two of my grandchildren, so lots of connections. At one time I chaired the PTA! Today though I was in councillor mode, an invited guest alongside former headteachers and teachers, janitors and admin staff for the start of a term of celebration. The children were all wearing ruby red today and my teatowel gift that forms today's blip was printed in a similar hue. A very enjoyable afternoon!
