Pippingford

View across the Pippingford estate on the Ashdown Forest which is still used by the British Army for training. Sandhurst cadets undertake their first week of field craft here and its where Episode two of Band of Brothers was filmed. Today it was enveloped in mist as the spaniel and I passed along its boundary fence on the Old Lodge nature reserve.
