Bikeling

Having slept through on Friday night William decided to stay awake for the hour between 1.20-2.30 am. Maybe longer for all I know but by 2.30am I succumbed to the cold, got into his bed and went to sleep. So we all woke up grumpy this morning, Jim has a cold, William and I were sleep deprived and C was just in a mood. Great start.

The mood kind of continued through out the morning, although it got better at church. After luch we all headed out to 'the big park' with the bikes in the car. It was quite chilly for October but very sunny. The kids whizzed around on their bikes. C came off spectacularly at one point and had a meltdown, but got back on to practice her braking.

William definately needs a bike with pedals now, his balance is amazing. I need to see if the bike we have from Things that make me smile, will go small enough for my little man. I am also slightly worried that C is going to outgrow her bike very soon. I was hoping to get another year out of it, but watching today I am not so sure.

Can't believe another week is over. Only two weeks left of this half term and only two more weeks of me having a two year old. Very sad.
