Crafty

I've been meaning to do some knitting for quite some time and finally, I have found some time to start a new scarf.  I'm still very much a beginner - this is my first attempt at purl stitch.  I had a slight mis-stitch last night but managed to undo several rows, put the stitches back on the needle and rectify my mistake - phew!  

I'm feeling excited about wearing the scarf once its finished and the possibilities of what I can create next.  I've got quite a few balls of wool that I have been buying and some patterns - I love haberdashery shops and find it hard to resist the gorgeous wools we are fortunate to have on offer these days.
