Käsespätzle or Cheese Noodles

Just made this as a pal is coming round this evening .
Some say it's the German version of Macaroni Cheese .Hmm not too sure .This has three kinds of cheese in it and the aroma is heavenly . Have cooked a little  extra onions until caramelized  to top with . Will be catching up on journals later on ...
