High tide at Boston

The Bridge cafe reopened today but we were quite quiet.  I went via the docks on the way back and bought fish.  I was talking to the fishmonger about the freshness of the fish and he was lamenting the fact there is hardly any fish landed on the east coast of England.  The Grimbsy fish will have been landed in Scotland and will already be three days old before it gets to Boston.  In Boston and Kings Lynn only shellfish is landed.
