Mr E took a long, slow but significant step today. He booked his Learner Permit test on the road rules.
All that stands between him and driving alone is his 18th birthday (1.5 years away) and 200 supervised hours of driving. The driving needs to be in as many different sets of driving conditions as we can muster, including 20 hours at night.
