The Dales

Went out for a walk today with Barry's crew from Arncliffe over the top to Starbotton along the river to Kettlewell  and back over the top back to Arncliffe.
It was a beautiful day and Barry was a bit out on his distance and timings.(Not helped by Toby Smith deciding to run away! Haha! Peter eventually had to just run after him...all the way back down the hill and 'almost' back to the car to retrieve him. He didn't get off the lead again! Hahaha!) So what he thought would be a mornings walk finished at 3pm! Thankfully we stopped for some hot coffee (and a bite of lunch) in Kettlewell. I think the trip back would have been grim otherwise! A hot drink revived us all. :)
It was a lovely (cold) day spent in good company. The extra shows us all together. :)  Peter, Sarah, Lisa, Stuart, Barry and Lydia, Toby and Newree (not sure of spelling!)
