Old friends

We all woke up late this morning after a big day yesterday. Even Kilda slept in till 9. Popped out to get some supplies in for tonight and then cooked the gammon and a quiche. J wasn’t feeling well so decided not to go to the Pit to meet up with RD and FM as it’s an hours walk in the rain. JD came over for New Year and RD and FM came up later. Had a great night in catching up and drinking. When Linda was alive she would often come and join us for New Year. As a result J poured a dram of her whisky she bought us. Always missed but not forgotten at times like these.
