Humming Bird on Banana Leaf

Well that was a new challenge for me, trying to capture fast moving tiny birds in flight in low light damp conditions. Clearly they were too fast for me to be happy with any of my shots.

We are in Monteverde now, the cloud forest, staying at 1,400 meters above sea level. A lovely drive in the morning up and down gravel roads for the last hour of it. A visit to the humming bird garden, then the frog pond where we had a very knowledgeable guide we listened to while listening to the symphony coming from the various frogs and toads.
