F and I rode bikes over to see her grandad, J, in the care home in Heslington. Mixed visit but he was pleased to see her (we reckon), and she (definitely) pleased to see him whilst up from Bristol.

We rode back via the Welly on Alma Terrace. Roaring coal fires and great range of Sam Smiths beers. As previously noted. She reckons it's probably the best pub (very high secluded & cosy rating) she's been in.
