CRAZY TOUR

Took my lovely niece and her friend to London. (He had never been before).
We got train then DLR to Greenwich (“where time starts!!”), #walked round the market, walked up the hill to see the view back down again # to walk around the outside of the Cutty Sark. Then we went for lunch by the river before #catching a boat along the Thames to The Tower of London.
#the weather was gorgeous most of the day.
We met The Rev and walked back over Tower Bridge and along the south Bank for an hour!!! (In truth I had forgotten how far it was!!)...passed The Globe, spotting St Paul’s and Southwark Cathedral etc.
We ended the trip with a spin on the London Eye. It was perfect timing as we went up at Dusk and watch the sunset coming down.
The Rev saved the day when my phone ran out of charge with the online tickets on!!! He then got us fast track free of charge.
We were glad to get to Mums who had cooked us a delicious dinner. It was a very very long day and we had walked more than 8 miles!!!
