Duck Weather

Still raining!  And cold.  (but better than the very icey snow on the mainland)

I think only the ducks are really happy…. I saw Harlequins, lots of Merganzers, Barrow’s Goldeneyes, and Pigeon Guillemots (in their winter plumage) and Mallards (not in pix) ..   this is a color photo! on a short walk by the water this afternoon…very dark all day.    

This is a quick account, not so well done..…..no time for fussing with photos… :-)    Maybe later….

Extra:   Fiona is happy with her first sewing project!  She and I spent time on the studio today too...making stuff.  her sister doesn't surface til after noon and is up til 3am....NOT exactly our schedule...we managed a card game tonight.  Even Maple didn’t want to go outside.
