Then the Rain Arrived (again)

5.8C dull and very wet. Light Southerly breeze (having been SE wind to 32 mph with gusts to 43 mph through the night).

Very heavy rain through the night continued into the morning and Fergus and I got a real soaking when we went out at 7am (yes, Fergus had his coat on).

Fergus and I went for a walk out to the old shipyard after lunch. I had hoped we might make it there and back in the dry, but no. We got wet again (no, Fergus didn't have his coat on). My waterproofs are dripping dry for the second time today and Fergus got a really good towelling to dry him ... which he quite likes.
