Ralph has found a friend!

Today we had more visitors for a day of eating, drinking and yet more chatting.

Richard and Polly arrived at about lunchtime after having to defrost their very iced up car. Cambridgeshire have definitely had more wintery weather than us. We were also joined by Josh for the day and enjoyed a lovely dinner together the 8 of us. Making the most of the dining table being at it’s fully length in the conservatory. Nice bit of gammon and Polly had made a lovely cheesecake.

We passed the afternoon chatting and then introduced them to Pandemic. I think that after a few rounds they were starting to enjoy it. It really is a different type of board game to the usual monopoly/cluedo type. The good news is that we won!

We had an evening of cheese and biscuits, more chat and a tv background, retiring at just before midnight. Them, not me, as I still had a blip to write. Now I’ve finished. Must get an earlier night tomorrow night!
