Eider Duck

Managed a car journey this morning .... Crail for a drink, Anstruther for some Co-op shopping (Pepsi for me which is the only thing I'm really enjoying at the moment, and trifle sponges 'cos L forgot ours) and then our final stop was the harbour at Pittenweem where I hoped to see some Eider Ducks ... not disappointed.

L went out for a walk this afternoon but I just sat and hugged the radiator. It'll be bed for me soon .. it's much more comfortable sleeping in a bed than slumped in a chair! I'm sure that when 2018 dawns I will be back feeling 100%.
