Kingsbarns Beach

A beautiful day ..... crisp, clear and cold ..... great weather for a walk along the beach. L and I met up with Maureen and we headed for the lovely beach at Kingsbarns.

I couldn't keep up so let them walk ahead and catch up with me on the way back. The cold air didn't help my cough but it was good to be out in the fresh air.

Plenty of families, intrepid diggers trying to dam up the water channels, some very excited dogs chasing anything that was thrown and two fisherman who had been most unsuccessful in their labours.
