# 2 Niece (Chronologically) inherited Alice's cake recipe and, with minor adjustment(s) - the difference  is un-noticeable. e.g. avoiding citrus by replacing "Candied Peel" by Candied Ginger.
If it's as good as either Alice's OR the one I tasted at Sheffield:-
1. It'll do - handsomely.
2. I'll need to SEVERELY ration myself.
