Steampunk dandelion clock

Well not really, but I thought the jewel effect of the water droplets reminded me of something in this bizarre sub-genre of fashion. I probably wouldn't have given this dandelion clock a second look had it not been for seeing and enjoying one photographed a couple of days ago by Hilary, better known in these parts as Hillyblips.
