Surrey woodland

It was perfect weather for walking in the Surrey hills and the FT Old Lags made the most of it today with a 10-mile round walk from Guildford, taking in lunch at the Percy Arms at Chilworth where we also passed the old gunpowder mill. When the sun is streaming through the trees from a clear sky, as it was today, a walk in the woods takes some beating.
