Kuirau Park while in town this afternoon.  With the fine dry weather there was much less steam than usual but the colours were much more vibrant. This pool which is very deep and is at simmering point.  Incredibly, some plants do survive, for a while at least.  One extra included. Many thanks to Cailleach for hosting Wild Wednesday.
