Christmas at Groove Cottage is a truly wonderful thing. Most years Mother Moore does an outstanding Christmas Dinner. This year's Christmas dinner was so exceptional that it received a spontaneous round of applause. What an absolute legend my mother is.

Christmas gift opening is generally more fun with a 3 and a 5 year old present. Who know Batman Lego could be so exciting? JB was engrossed with Oliver! in the evening which brought delight to us all. We all loved singing along too.

It's been a wonderful day, though we were missing a certain somebody around the table. Thankful for the reminder that Grandad was probably having a much better time rejoicing with Jesus than hanging out on Sheldon Ward.
