Boxing Day

The boys woke at 5 am which was not good news for the rest of the household who’d had cocktails last night.

As soon as it was light their dad took them out to play in the smattering of snow. They made giant snowballs and came in for a second breakfast of giant croissants.

We are eating leftovers and playing board games. Thomas beat me at Snakes and Ladders.

#3 daughter is still very ill with flu and has been in bed most of the day. However her husband has had to go back to work as so many are off with flu, so she’s got the kids on her own till we have them tomorrow after #2 and co go home.
