It’s christmaaaas!

Phoebe was up at 5:58 this morning and ready to go! James and I definitely were not. We convinced her to snuggle in bed with us but it only lasted half an hour before we were up and heading downstairs. We her let her open 1 present while we waited for Alexander to wake up. She open a snuggly pup from her school friend and loved it. It was an instant hit.

Xander woke up about 7ish and the rest of the presents were opened although Alexander lost interest after opening his bullet train. He asked me to open the rest of his presents as he was busy playing!

G&G, cousin N, Carol, Keith and uncle B arrived at noon. James cooked a delicious lunch (it really was the best ever!) and then we all sat down to watch the queens speech. Whilst waiting for the highway rat we got Pie Face out and much hilarity ensued!

It’s been a truly wonderful Christmas Day. One that we are sure to remember. All topped off with an extra long episode of Victoria once the kiddies were finally asleep.
