Happy Christmas

Santa's little helper from yesterday, didn't quite get the message over to Amber. She was more interested in eating the box than playing with her new toys. Having said that she has already destroyed the yellow toy on the edge of the picture and the new puppy has lost his tail :0((((

We are home alone with Amber this year, as R & P are in Switzerland skiing. So it has been a routine Christmas Day for us. Amber has been willing to help, with the distribution of presents and guarding the oven against raiders. She was a tired little soul by the end of it all. (in extras) But refuses to go to sleep!!!

We had a FaceTime session with R this afternoon, P was still out skiing, he is more experienced and stronger, so can stay on the slopes longer. We had a super catch up on their activities and shared Christmas greetings. We will share a second Christmas dinner, when they return later in the week.

PS The blanket that Amber is on is the one from her bed, not a fur rug!! Knowing that she would make an awful mess, it was easier to pick it up and shake the debris in to the garden :0)
