Shepherd's Delight
Went to see my work mate today, he has been of work for the last 8 weeks. He had to have a heart bypass operation but I must say he was looking really well today. He even managed to make me a mug of coffee and I got a large piece of chocolate cake, which I must add was rather yummy and gooey in the middle. I will stop now as I can see all your mouths watering. Seriously though, it was good to see him in such good spirits.
Drove up the moor road tonight about 6pm for my blip as the daylight was running out. Took a few shots and the one I thought was going to be my blip of a sheep, but he just turned his head at the wrong time and I didn't really like the outcome. So, the one I've gone for is this shot of the sun going down behind the pentland's changing the colour of the sky to a beautiful red/pink colour and I liked the hay bales in the foreground that lets us know the harvest is nearly over and that winter is just around the corner.
Tonight we are watching Scotland taking on Wales in the World Cup Qualifier, must say its not been much of a game so far but at least Scotland are winning. Lets hope they can win tonight to kick start our World Cup Qualifying campaign.
