I went into town to get my bangs trimmed today which ended up being a lot more complicated than it should have been. The place I normally go was closed as they were off at a hair conference in London, and after trying a few other places I finally found one who would take me after 4.

All this meant I ran around the high street a lot and eventually the smell of the roasted almonds was too much and I gave in and bought a bag. I chatted with the guy a bit in Norwegian and couldn't figure out why I was having such a hard time understanding him. Only when he said it was too cold here and I asked him where he was from did he say Denmark! Oh, well that explains it. :)
