New ‘do’, new attitude

This lovely Alice diary was a gift from a most perceptive and patient friend.
It pretty much sums me up at the moment and I love it. As I mentioned in my profile blurb, this year has presented some challenges but I’m hoping to fill this journal for 2018 with a much more positive and uplifting outlook.
I had my hair cut today for the first time in 6 months - it became bottom of the list of ‘things to do’ after a couple of spells in hospital and the summer of strangeness that we had.
It is this little thing that has already made me feel like a different person to the one I was yesterday...
