What a weekend - what a place.
I’m leaving Italy with a positive attitude and a strong will. This city has momentarily fixed my soul and I’m looking forward to getting up and getting on with it tomorrow. Often, after an event, I feel quite low on the journey home, but this trip has had the opposite effect and I feel really very lucky and an awful lot stronger.
It’s amazing what a weekend facing your demons can do for a girl.
