" ANGEL "

Finally managed to put the Christmas tree in the lounge and decorate it with over 100 baubles and three sets of lights.  This little Angel has been with us for over 20 years and has survived countless moves etc.

She looks very 'angelic', more so than me as I had to play the Angel bringing the Good News to the Shepherds in two junior schools last week.  As I was singing Hosanna, bedecked with twinkling lights, as I entered the hall, their little faces were priceless.  But I did get their attention!

The tree had to be done in time for Matthew's Christmas holiday which starts today.  The roads were very busy with trucks but coming back was a little easier apart from a sinking sun which made the vision very difficult.

So at least for now can relax, start wrapping all the presents and finish off buying food in.  But with just the three of us on Christmas Day it should be nice and relaxed.

Sunshine today, just wish we could have bottled it.
