Ho Ho Ho

Today's timetable:  7.30am - 1pm: cooking, setting table, cleaning loos, general tidying up. 1.00pm - 6pm: eating lunch, drinking coffee and the odd glass or two of wine, chatting to friends. 6pm - 8.30pm: washing up, putting away, restoring order in kitchen and dining room. Currently on the sofa, planning to stay there till bedtime.

I took just one picture while setting the table - the view from the dining room window, decorated ready to reassure the grandchildren that a certain old man in red will be calling here.

A lovely day with C and C, friends since schooldays. I will be seeing them again soon - I forgot to give them their Christmas present, and will have to drive over to theirs this week to drop it off.  Bah!
